About The Position

Southwest Healthcare is hiring New Graduate and New to Specialty Registered Nurses for their Emergency Department Program. This program offers 12 weeks of didactics, hands-on learning, and clinical preceptorship. Full-time positions are available at both Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital and Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital, with shifts dependent on department needs. Inland Valley Hospital is a 122-bed facility accredited by the Joint Commission, serving as Southwest Riverside County's only designated Trauma Center and a county-designated Paramedic Base Station. Rancho Springs Hospital is a 120-bed acute-care hospital featuring the region's only Pediatric Emergency Services team and an OB/Emergency Department program. Nurses at these facilities value a safe and supportive environment that prioritizes patient care and the nursing profession. Requirements

Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
Active California RN license.
NCLEX test date prior to August 15th, 2026.
BLS (AHA) Certification.
ACLS (AHA) Certification.
NIH Stroke Certification to be completed by end of the week of NEO.
