About The Position

This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable. As part of a small cross-functional team, you will participate in the verification and validation of New Glenn ground systems. You will be responsible for the review of requirements, generation of test plans and test procedures, along with the design and development of simulation and test utilities required for the performance of test procedures. In this hands-on position, you will collaborate with and support avionics subsystem owners, ground subsystem owners, integration and test engineers, and operations personnel to integrate, verify and validate software components. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight. The position will be based in Kent WA where the New Glenn Hardware-in-the-Loop laboratory is located.
