About The Position
The BBVA Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) NEW GENERATION PROGRAM 2026 is seeking recent graduates eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the world of finance. This 12-month program, starting in September 2026, includes an immersive onboarding experience and rotational opportunities in key areas such as Global Transaction Banking (GTB), Global Risk Management (GRM), Global Markets (GM), Bankers and Industry Specialists (SIX), Global Institutional Business (GIB), and Investment Banking and Finance (IB&F). The program offers hands-on experience, global collaboration, and the potential for an international rotation. Upon completion, participants transition into a permanent role within a CIB team aligned with business needs, candidate skills, and career goals.
Requirements
- Recent graduates or students nearing completion of a Bachelor’s degree, with an outstanding academic record.
- Fluency in English.
- A genuine interest in Corporate & Investment Banking.
- A passion for learning in a global, multicultural setting.
- Possess a global mindset with an interest in gaining international exposure.
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and innovation.
- Empathy as a key skill for understanding and addressing clients' needs and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Employment eligibility to work with BBVA in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.

Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience through rotations in key areas of Corporate & Investment Banking.

- Drive BBVA’s Corporate & Investment Banking business with institutional clients.
- Deliver long-term financing solutions and strategic advisory services.
