About The Position

Lawrence Doors, Inc., a leader in the commercial door industry and part of Amarr / ASSA ABLOY Group, is seeking a New Construction Estimator / Sales / Project Manager. This role offers high income potential and is looking for motivated individuals with 3-5 years of experience in commercial door sales, plan reading, estimating, and new construction project management. The position requires the ability to commute to Baldwin Park, CA, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial door sales, plan reading, estimating and new construction project management
• Commercial Overhead Coiling Doors and Sectional Doors knowledge
• Ability to do plan takeoffs and read through specifications of commercial doors
• Estimating
• Project management
• Computer literate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Problem solving attitude
• Mechanically Inclined
• Excellent organization skills
• Construction knowledge a MUST
• Must be a motivated individual

Nice To Haves

• English / Spanish speaking a plus
• College degree preferred
