About The Position
Hargrove Roofing & Construction is seeking a New Construction Sales Representative to foster relationships with builders and contractors. This position is centered on securing new-construction roofing projects and overseeing them from inception to completion. The ideal candidate is competitive, self-motivated, and seeks significant earning potential.
Requirements
- Sales experience in New Construction Roofing Sales
- Network of builders and contractors
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and money-driven
- Organized and able to manage multiple jobs at once
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with builders, GCs, and developers
- Generate new business through prospecting and networking
- Estimate and present roofing proposals
- Manage jobs from sale through completion
- Stay on top of timelines, communication, and follow-ups
