Requirements

  • This role is ineligible for visa sponsorship and candidates must have valid work authorization to be considered for this role.
  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Familiarity with the basic concepts of information systems, application support or IT delivery.
  • General business knowledge gained through education or early professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist team members by analyzing business requirements and process gaps, document findings, converting them into basic functional specifications and process flows.
  • Conduct and document configuration and testing activities, support data validation and conversion under supervision.
  • Prepare and execute various test scenarios, including unit, integration, and regression.
  • Follow standard processes for project management, development, testing, change management, and compliance.
  • Participate as a project team member, track task progress, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
