About The Position

Fisher Investments, a privately held multi-billion-dollar global investment firm, is seeking a New Client Counselor for its New Client Conversion (NCC) group. This role is a lucrative professional-level position within the Private Client Group (PCG), serving as the short-term point of contact for high-net-worth clients. The New Client Counselor will welcome new clients by applying financial planning knowledge and a consultative approach to contribute to Fisher Investments’ growth. The role involves ongoing sales coaching in an energetic environment, with support from internal teams such as Research, Operations, and the Investment Policy Committee (IPC). The position aims to positively influence clients, promote the company's mission, and uphold fiduciary responsibility. The New Client Counselor will report to a group manager who will provide guidance and career development support.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience working in financial services
• Hold Series 65 license or required upon hire
• Understanding of capital markets and investment products
• Manage complexity in a high-volume environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with Fisher’s sales professionals to onboard new clients who have expressed a desire to hire Fisher Investments
• Help bring in new assets through client referrals
• Educate clients on Fisher’s investment philosophy and what it means to work with Fisher Investments
• Align our portfolio strategy with clients’ goals
• Oversee clients onboarding process, including transfer of assets
• Collaborate with several teams to provide unparalleled service
• Introduce clients to their long-term relationship manager
