About The Position

Luxury Collection is looking for Sales Professionals to join our team of dedicated professionals. The Luxury Collection, a premier luxury dealership network with operations including Austin, TX, is a factory-authorized dealer for world-class brands including Aston Martin, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, and Lotus. A New Car Sales Associate in this role acts as a brand ambassador for these ultra-luxury marques, delivering a bespoke, high-touch buying experience to an exclusive clientele.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience is strictly required.
A valid state-issued driver's license and a clean driving record.
High standard of personal presentation and polished communication skills suited for an ultra-luxury brand environment.

Nice To Haves

Minimum 3 years of luxury car experience is strongly preferred to ensure familiarity with high-end clientele and premium brand standards.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to showcase, explain, and demonstrate vehicle features, performance specs, and warranties.
Accompany customers on test drives to highlight vehicle capabilities and answer real-time questions.
Negotiate vehicle prices and trade-in valuations transparently while coordinating closely with the finance department to structure purchase, lease, and ownership options.
Generate new business leads and contact past clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain deep, up-to-date product knowledge on all configurations, historical heritage, and engineering specs for Aston Martin, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, and Lotus.
Guide high-net-worth clients through the highly detailed configuration and customization processes (such as Rolls-Royce Bespoke or Bentley Mulliner programs) to design unique, made-to-order vehicles.
