They will deconstruct how medical practices operate, identify pain points, and diagnose where Heidi creates real value. The role involves qualifying and routing opportunities with speed and precision across Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Partnerships. A deep product mastery is required to answer questions in the moment. Maintaining clean notes, clear context, and strong handoffs is essential. The representative will continuously improve how the company qualifies, messages, and responds to inbound demand as volume and complexity increase.
