This role is pivotal in driving new business initiatives, primarily focusing on large commercial accounts within the real estate sector. Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years in large commercial lines, with a strong focus on real estate accounts.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Familiarity with the New York City boroughs and local real estate market is essential.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
- Exceptional client-facing skills, with a passion for building and maintaining relationships.
- Proactive and assertive, with the ability to handle challenges.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong work ethic with a "work hard, play hard" mentality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage new business opportunities, with a primary focus on large real estate accounts (over $100K in premium).
- Provide a "white glove" approach to client service, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the servicing team on large, complex renewals as needed.
- Quote and manage new and renewal business, with a primary emphasis on new business development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
