Meet the team: This team leads the commercial and marketing strategy for Dexcom's insulin pump partner ecosystem across the U.S. marketplace, playing a critical role in how our technologies reach and support people with diabetes. In this role, you'll sit at the center of cross-functional collaboration—working closely with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to bring integrated solutions to life. Where you come in: You design and execute brand strategies across assigned products, product lines, or enterprise-wide campaigns to strengthen Dexcom's market position and drive growth. You identify new market and product opportunities by applying consumer insights, market research, and in-depth analysis of competitive and industry trends. You lead brand-level development, including market analysis, product acquisitions, and ongoing brand management throughout the product lifecycle. You manage the development of marketing materials and messaging to clearly communicate product positioning and value to customers. You develop and implement product education, publications, and promotional initiatives to support awareness, adoption, and lifecycle advancement. You collaborate with cross-functional partners across marketing, product marketing, marketing communications, and other teams to ensure brand alignment and execution. You work on complex business challenges, applying advanced marketing expertise and professional judgment to deliver creative, effective solutions aligned with company objectives.
