About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic New Business Development Manager dedicated primarily to seeking out and securing new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional with a strong background in business development and new account acquisition. The New Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new client relationships - expanding our customer base and transitioning accounts to drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will possess the following:

Requirements

  • Proactively identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the HVAC sector, focusing on light commercial and/or residential markets as assigned
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, industry events, and referrals
  • Conduct business development initiatives, including presentations, proposals, and negotiations, to secure new accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets and increase market penetration
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition to aligned to territory manager
  • Prepare and present regular reports on new business development progress and account status to management
