This temporary | fixed term (1-year) role will be based in Mississauga. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This position processes new business and plan amendments within established service standards (five‑day turnaround), reviews applications and enrollments for completeness, and follows up on missing information. It sets up and maintains client records, enters employer/benefit/employee data, enrolls individuals, initiates underwriting as needed, updates databases and materials, produces welcome packages, and performs file reviews to ensure data accuracy.
