Responsibilities include inventory monitoring, sales reporting, customer communication, and assisting with internal sales processes. This position provides valuable experience in the school bus sales industry and prepares employees for future opportunities within the sales organization.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • A valid driver’s license
  • A clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
  • Ability to travel as needed for business activities such as training, customer visits, and industry events

Nice To Haves

  • Sales experience in the commercial vehicle, transportation, or related industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory control specifications, concessions, and inventory movement (branches, demos, trade shows, etc.)
  • Prepare and maintain monthly sales reports
  • Work closely with sales personnel and the Heavy Truck Coordinator for training and operational support
  • Assist customers in the dealership and through email, phone, and other communication channels
  • Help coordinate internal sales processes and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and support dealership operational needs
