Requirements

  • 6+ months of related experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build pallets that vary in size using recycled or new lumber.
  • Perform build with precision to provide consistent quality of all pallets.
  • Operate and maintain multiple types of small and large equipment.
  • Deliver on or exceed the daily production requirements.
  • Identify and understand types and grades of pallets.
  • Evaluate pallets to ensure they meet PLA standards.
  • Maintain a clean workspace, reducing accidents, and ensuring compliance.
  • Escalate technical and process issues to leadership.
  • Foster exceptional and collaborative partnerships with facility staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
