As a New Accounts Call Service Associate, you will provide dedicated support to Financial Advisors (and their teams) by handling inbound inquiries (calls & emails), resolving account-related issues, and delivering timely, accurate information. This role requires strong communication skills (both written & verbal), attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced financial services environment. This position follows a hybrid-friendly schedule, with in-office days in our Southfield, MI Corporate Office (located in the Southfield Town Center).
