About The Position

As our Neurosurgery Advanced Practice Provider, you will become part of a highly respected and experienced team. You will join CHI Health, which is a member of CommonSpirit Health System – The Nations’ largest faith based health system. Every day you will provide comprehensive inpatient neurosurgery services. You will have the opportunity to work with an established team of Advanced Practice Providers within our Neurosurgery team. The Neuroscience Institute integrates leading medical experts in the subspecialties of neurology, neuroradiology, neuro-critical care, radiation oncology and neurosurgery to offer highly advanced care for patients with the most complex neurological disorders. To be successful in this role, you will be board eligible or board certified certified. This opportunity is well-suited for providers who are passionate about providing comprehensive Neurosurgery services, a patient-centered approach, and a commitment to collaboration. You will also demonstrate excellent communication, sound clinical judgement, and the ability to thrive in a collegial, team oriented environment.

Requirements

Master's degree
Board Eligible/Board Certified
Ability to obtain licensure in Nebraska
DEA Certification
BLS

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive inpatient neurosurgery services.
Perform minor procedures including placing, removing, and managing ventriculostomies, ICP monitors, and surgical drains.
Support post-procedure follow-up care.
Coordinate care for neurosurgical patients.
