The Neuroscience team focuses on tackling complex brain health challenges such as multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and others. Intra-Cellular Therapies, a Johnson & Johnson company, is expanding its CAPLYTA® commercial team to support its growing impact in psychiatry. The Neuroscience Sales Specialist is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales expectations within their assigned geography in an ethical and compliant manner. This role involves understanding customer needs, aligning marketing resources, supporting pull-through activities, and embodying the corporate vision of improving the lives of patients with neuropsychiatric disorders. The specialist will develop deep product and disease state knowledge for clinical dialogue with healthcare professionals, create local strategic and tactical plans, manage resource allocation, and oversee budget and expense management within their territory.
