Virtua Radiology Group - Neuroradiologist
About The Position
Virtua Radiology is seeking a fellowship-trained Neuroradiologist to join their radiology team serving South Jersey. This position involves a balanced practice with a strong mix of inpatient and outpatient neuroimaging in a collaborative, physician-led environment. The role includes comprehensive neuroimaging of the brain, spine, head, and neck. Remote and on-site work opportunities are available, with no evening or overnight call as it is covered by a remote teleradiology service. There is limited weekend call. The position utilizes advanced imaging technology and offers strong subspecialty support. Call is shared within a supportive radiology group, and there are opportunities to participate in program development.
Requirements
- MD or DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
- Fellowship training in Neuroradiology required
- Eligible for medical licensure in New Jersey
- Commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care
Responsibilities
- Interpret a full range of diagnostic neuroimaging studies
- Collaborate closely with neurology, neurosurgery, and multidisciplinary clinical teams
- Participate in multidisciplinary conferences as appropriate
- Support quality, safety, and efficiency initiatives within the department
- Participate in shared call coverage
