About The Position

The Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences at Emory University School of Medicine is seeking full-time Neuroradiologists to read evening neuroradiology studies on emergency department patients and inpatients. This position is an expansion due to increased volume and is eligible for remote work. The role involves a rotating schedule of 1 week on (7 days, 9-hour shift, 6p-3a) and 2 weeks off, equating to 121 clinical shifts per year, with 17 weeks of remote clinical evenings. The focus is on emergency department and inpatient imaging within the Emory Healthcare System and Grady Memorial Hospital, in conjunction with radiology residents and neuroradiology fellows. Opportunities for additional shifts (general radiology, body imaging, daytime neuroradiology) are available for extra pay. Candidates should possess strong clinical skills, function well in evening shifts, and work collaboratively. They will join a division of over 30 neuroradiologists, with more than 10 focused on evening and overnight inpatient/emergency neuroradiology.
