About The Position

Under the general supervision of the Administrative Director and the Neurophysiology Medical Director, the neurophysiology lab manager provides medical, fiscal, personnel, and strategic planning leadership for the neurophysiology lab operations to provide the highest quality of care for the patients of Children's mercy Hospital. If you and have any concerns about receiving these vaccines, medical and/or religious exemptions can be further discussed with Human Resources.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree
  • 5-7 years experience
  • Registered EEG Tech (Neurophysiology)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • experience preferred
  • CLTM Certified Long Term Monitoring Tech Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provides comprehensive department management and development of programs and services.
  • Performs EEG studies and long-term EMU monitoring
  • Personnel Management

  • Participates in Neurophysiology lab and organizational performance improvement activities.
  • Encourage and support staff in acquiring new knowledge and skills.
