About The Position

BrainStim Centers, Inc., a leading TMS Brain Health Center in Los Angeles owned by neurosurgeon Dr. Mark Liker, is seeking a motivated professional to join their team as a Neuromodulation Specialist, also known as a Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Specialist. This role is crucial for achieving both long-term and short-term patient healthcare goals by administering neuromodulation treatments for non-pharmaceutical brain health care. This is presented as a ground-floor opportunity for individuals seeking a long-term career with growth potential. The position requires the ability to commute to the specified locations and is not suitable for a gap year before graduate studies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Patient care experience.
  • 2 years work experience in patient care.

  • ABA experience can be helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting neuromodulation treatments for non-pharmaceutical brain health care.
  • Performing direct patient care.
  • Accurate and educated use of technological equipment.
  • Explaining scientific procedures and protocols to patients.
  • Recording and compiling information on patient physical condition.
  • Monitoring patient physical and emotional well-being and communicating with the physician and staff.
  • Understanding and articulating medical research.
  • Performing office tasks as needed.
  • Generating reports, potentially graphing, calculating, and compiling data.
