Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (Board Eligibility required within 5 years of residency completion)
  • Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based patient care
  • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
  • Interest in building long-term patient relationships within the community
  • DO, MD
  • Physician - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

Responsibilities

  • Primarily outpatient neurology practice with inpatient consultation responsibilities
  • Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of neurological disorders, including headaches, epilepsy, movement disorders, neuropathy, dementia, stroke follow-up, and neuromuscular conditions
  • Collaborate closely with primary care providers, hospitalists, rehabilitation services, and specialty care teams
  • Opportunity to help expand neurological services throughout the St. Lawrence Region
