About The Position

Dartmouth Health is seeking an NP/PA with a passion for neurology to join our growing neurology team in Concord, NH. This is a unique opportunity to build a subspecialty practice focusing on headaches and movement disorders. The position involves a Monday-Friday, 8-5 outpatient clinic schedule with no nights, weekends, or call requirements. Clinicians work 36 hours per week with 4 hours of administrative time. Appointment lengths are 60 minutes for new patients and 30 minutes for follow-ups. There is an opportunity to learn Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) programming, Botulinum injections for chronic migraine, and nerve blocks. The role includes close collaboration with a supportive, established neurology team and strong working relationships with subspecialists across the Dartmouth Health system.

Requirements

• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/Associate.
• Ability to obtain/maintain NH medical license.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patient-centered approach to care.
• Commitment to collaboration, teamwork, and professional growth.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in an APP capacity in any specialty is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build a subspecialty practice focusing on headaches and movement disorders.
