About The Position

We’re hiring a Neuro Stroke PCU RN in Fort Myers / Cape Coral, Florida who wants strong earning potential, specialty growth, and relocation support in a progressive hospital setting. You’ll step into an acute care role focused on caring for stroke and neurologic patients requiring close monitoring, telemetry, and detailed neurological assessments. This is a step-down environment where clinical judgment and critical thinking directly impact patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse or eligible for Florida licensure
• At least 1 year of recent PCU or Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Comfortable with telemetry monitoring
• Strong neurological assessment skills
• Thrive in higher-acuity step-down environments
• This is not a new graduate opportunity

Responsibilities

• Caring for stroke and neurologic patients requiring close monitoring, telemetry, and detailed neurological assessments.
• Performing detailed neurological assessments.
• Utilizing clinical judgment and critical thinking to impact patient outcomes in a step-down environment.
