About The Position
Dignity Health Medical Group – Merced is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Neurologist to join their growing multispecialty group in Merced, CA. This opportunity is ideal for a provider who values collaboration, high-quality care, and serving a diverse patient population in an underserved community. The role is primarily outpatient with balanced inpatient opportunities, offering a general neurology practice with potential to develop subspecialty interests. The position includes the opportunity to serve as Stroke Program Director, providing clinical leadership and program development. Collaboration with a dedicated team of primary care and specialty providers is expected, practicing in a modern clinic with access to advanced diagnostic services and hospital resources. Shared telephone call responsibilities are in place with no hospital inpatient call required. Requirements
- MD or DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Neurology (ABMS or AOA)
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain) and DEA registration
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Commitment to team-based care
- Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse and underserved community
