About The Position

Tidewater Neurologists, Inc. & Sleep Disorders Specialists is hiring a full-time Neurologist (MD or DO) to join one of Hampton Roads' most respected and established neurology practices. If you're searching for a neurology job in Virginia that offers clinical autonomy, a collaborative team, and a genuine opportunity to build a lasting career, this role was built for you. For decades, our practice has delivered comprehensive, patient-centered neurological care across Chesapeake, Hampton, Portsmouth, and Virginia Beach. We combine board-certified neurology expertise with integrated sleep medicine services, giving physicians a uniquely collaborative environment to treat the full picture of brain and sleep health. Why neurologists choose Tidewater: you'll have the backing of a stable, physician-led organization, a strong existing referral network, and colleagues who are just as invested in high-quality care as you are. We're looking for a thoughtful, patient-focused Neurologist to practice broad, high-quality neurology within a supportive, multidisciplinary team. You'll diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions — including headache disorders, epilepsy, movement disorders, neuromuscular disease, stroke, cognitive disorders, and sleep-related neurological conditions — while working closely with our sleep medicine specialists, behavioral health providers, and clinical staff to deliver truly coordinated care. Whether you're looking to practice broad general neurology or grow a subspecialty focus, you'll have the support and patient volume to do it here.
