Requirements

• Must have a full, unrestricted license from any US state or territory.
• Must be BC/BE (Board Certified/Board Eligible).
• Must have BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide neurological services as required.
• Participate in telephonic on-call coverage on a rotation basis, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be subject to callback during on-call periods.
