About The Position

AndHealth is seeking a mission-driven Neurologist to join its specialty care team and provide high-quality care to patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) and related neuroimmunologic conditions. The physician builds and manages a patient panel, initially focusing on access through new-patient evaluations and specialist consultations, then shifting over time toward longitudinal patient management as the panel grows. The role includes complex evaluations, treatment strategy, specialist consultations, and oversight of escalated cases. Compensation is described as a base salary plus a variable component tied to panel performance, including patient experience and clinical outcomes. The Neurologist works within a multidisciplinary team that includes Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), Clinical Pharmacists, Registered Nurses, Patient Navigators, and Health Coaches. The team supports routine follow-up, medication management, prior authorizations, infusion logistics, and care coordination, enabling the physician to focus on physician-level clinical work. The care model combines virtual care with periodic in-person sessions at Community Health Center partner sites. The physician may also care for patients experiencing migraine headaches, though the primary focus is MS and related conditions. As the panel matures, the physician may take on greater ownership of longitudinal outcomes, team oversight and mentorship, protocol design, clinical program development, quality initiatives, and relationships with Community Health Centers, referring providers, and health system partners. The role reports to the Chief Medical Officer, or to the next-level manager in the Chief Medical Officer’s absence unless otherwise defined or assigned.
