Hybrid Neurologist – Wellstar Columbia County Hospital (Opening Fall 2026)
About The Position
Wellstar Health System is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Outpatient Neurologist to join their growing team at the new Wellstar Columbia County Hospital, opening in Fall 2026 in Grovetown, Georgia. This is an opportunity to help shape neurology services from the ground up in a brand-new hospital located in a fast-growing region. The role will focus on general outpatient neurology with a Monday-Friday schedule, offering excellent work-life balance. The position includes brand-new clinic space co-located on the hospital campus and the opportunity to participate in program development and strategic growth initiatives. The neurologist will be part of a collegial multispecialty medical staff with leadership support.
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
- Eligible for medical licensure in Georgia
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for providing high-quality care in a community-focused setting
