About The Position

The Neurodiagnostic Technologist I is responsible for monitoring and recording neurodiagnostic patients, checking the integrity of the electrodes, and communicating with the physician and nurse of changes in patient status. Requirements

High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent
Completion of an accredited Neurodiagnostic Program
Ability to effectively communicate pertinent clinical data accurately and consistently with the physician team and leadership
Ability to set goals and judge results in accordance with the highest standards and respect
Ability to advance care through development of new ideas and technology
Ability to promote teamwork to achieve CHOC's mission
Ability to understand and exceed customer expectations
Ability to effectively solve complex patient care and organizational problems
Ability to role model positive and professional behavior
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Must be board eligible to take Registered EEG Technologist
Registered EEG Tech must be obtained within one (1) year of hire date
