About The Position

As a full-time Neuro Occupational Therapist, you will join a clinic that is redefining what patient-centered neurological rehabilitation looks like. This role goes beyond traditional therapy: you will help people rebuild their independence, confidence, and quality of life through deeply individualized, evidence-driven care. Intune Physical Therapy is a growing company and has partnered with Spero Rehab to offer physical therapy services to patients in the Austin and Houston, TX areas. With over 14 years of experience and seven clinic locations, Spero Rehab specializes in neurological rehabilitation, orthopedic care, sports injury rehabilitation, pelvic floor therapy, and aquatic therapy. You will be an employee of Intune PT which is doing business as Spero Rehab in this market.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program or eligibility to obtain
  • State occupational therapy license in good standing or eligibility to obtain
  • Successful completion of the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam or eligibility to take exam
  • Strong manual therapy skills and exercise prescription knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds
  • Team-oriented approach to patient care

  • Experience in outpatient orthopedic/neurological setting
