With over 14 years of experience and seven clinic locations, Spero Rehab specializes in neurological rehabilitation, orthopedic care, sports injury rehabilitation, pelvic floor therapy, and aquatic therapy. Requirements

  • Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program or eligibility to obtain
  • State occupational therapy license in good standing or eligibility to obtain
  • Successful completion of the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam or eligibility to take exam
  • Strong manual therapy skills and exercise prescription knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds
  • Team-oriented approach to patient care

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in outpatient orthopedic/neurological setting, preferred
  • Experienced and new graduates encouraged to apply!
