About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Networking Infrastructure Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of enterprise networks and systems operations. This role involves monitoring, maintaining, and supporting multiple large-scale network infrastructures with varying security postures. The engineer will collaborate with senior team members to ensure optimal network performance and security, and must be prepared to perform after-hours work and respond promptly to network or systems emergencies with minimal supervision. Expert-level troubleshooting skills are essential in a high-availability, 24/7 enterprise environment.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of enterprise networks and systems operations.
Routing Protocols: OSPF, BGP, Multicast (PIM, DVMRP)
Network Design: VLAN design and migration
Security: Policy-enabled networking, Access Control Lists, Endpoint Integrity, Firewalls
Authentication & Access Control: Network Access Control, IDS/IPS, EAP/PEAP, RADIUS, Certificate Authorities
Protocols & Services: SNMPv3, SSH, SSL, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, IAS
High Availability & Redundancy: VOIP, VRRP, Disaster Recovery
Hardware & Standards: Multi-vendor network hardware, troubleshooting up to 100 GB standards
Must be able to lift at least 70 pounds
Must be able to walk long distances as part of infrastructure support duties
Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and reporting
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-performance team
Demonstrated use of best practices and adherence to security policies and procedures
