About The Position

Mayersohn Law Group, P.A. is seeking a polished, creative, and relationship-driven Networking Host & Events Manager. The ability to commute is essential for attending and hosting firm events, building professional relationships, capturing real-time content, collaborating with leadership, and supporting the firm's curated networking experiences. This role blends event support, professional networking, relationship management, team oversight, and social-media content tied exclusively to firm events. You will represent the firm at high-value, invitation-focused networking experiences; engage prospective attendees, referral sources, and professional contacts; oversee the remote Events Concierge Team; and help promote, host, and support firm events while capturing and publishing event-related content across the firm's platforms.

Requirements

  • Must be able to commute to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and attend firm-hosted and external networking events as needed.
  • At least 1 year of experience in event hosting, professional networking, relationship management, social-media marketing, content creation, hospitality, public relations, digital design, or a comparable client-facing role.
  • A polished, engaging, professional presence and confidence interacting with attorneys, referral partners, professional contacts, prospective clients, community leaders, and event attendees.
  • Experience building rapport, initiating professional conversations, maintaining relationships, and following up effectively.
  • Proven experience managing content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Ability to work after hours on Wednesdays for event support and attend occasional networking or marketing events outside traditional business hours.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically GoHighLevel.
  • Experience with video-editing tools, including CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools, including Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and YouTube Studio.
  • Excellent attention to detail, grammar, visual consistency, and professional judgment.
  • Strong communication skills and a polished professional presence.
  • Ability to manage a content calendar, outreach activity, event-related deadlines, and multiple priorities.

  • Experience hosting, representing an organization, or managing attendee engagement at professional, networking, hospitality, referral-source, membership, or client-facing events.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, guide, and coordinate daily event-related workflow with the remote Events Concierge Team.
  • Serve as a polished, welcoming, and professional host at firm events, networking experiences, workshops, speaking engagements, sponsorships, and marketing lunches.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective attendees for upcoming events and help create a high-touch, engaging experience before, during, and after each event.
  • Build and nurture relationships with referral partners, professional contacts, community groups, local leaders, and other high-value attendees to expand the firm's networking reach.
  • Represent the firm professionally when engaging prospective referral sources, partners, community leaders, and invited guests.
  • Identify, build, and maintain contact lists, referral databases, and outreach pipelines.
  • Support leadership in relationship-driven growth initiatives and networking outreach tied to firm events.
  • Schedule and attend marketing lunches, networking events, and influencer engagements to strengthen professional relationships.
  • Support the planning, promotion, and execution of firm events, workshops, curated networking experiences, seminars, webinars, sponsorships, and speaking engagements.
  • Coordinate event logistics, vendors, materials, guest communications, and on-site support as needed.
  • Help ensure events provide an organized, professional, welcoming, and brand-consistent guest experience.
  • Track and report event-performance metrics, including registrations, attendance, engagement, and conversion activity.
  • Gather attendee feedback and use observations and data to help improve future event experiences and outreach efforts.
  • Support pre-event outreach, invitation follow-up, attendee confirmations, post-event thank-you calls, and relationship follow-up.
  • Coordinate with internal leadership, the Events Concierge Team, and relevant outside contacts to keep event-related activity organized and on schedule.
  • Create, schedule, and publish event-related content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, X, and Lemon8.
  • Attend events to capture, edit, and repurpose real-time event video and photo content.
  • Maintain the event content calendar and track analytics and performance for event-related campaigns.
  • Conduct trend and competitor research related to event marketing, networking visibility, and attendee engagement.
  • Support event-related website updates, landing pages, mailing lists, and outreach funnels.
  • Create pre-event and post-event marketing assets, including landing pages, email sequences, follow-up campaigns, thank-you communications, and recap content.
  • Create content for private Facebook groups related to event promotion and engagement.
  • Engage appropriately with relevant pages, groups, and community posts to increase event visibility and reach.
  • Design visual assets for events, including banners, thumbnails, landing pages, marketing graphics, invitations, and promotional materials.
  • Create branded materials for event promotion and recap content.
  • Update and maintain event-related branding elements, including templates, typography, color palettes, and visual standards.
  • Organize and archive event photos, videos, templates, design files, and other event-related assets.
  • Support visibility opportunities connected to firm events, including interviews, podcasts, radio, television, and influencer engagements.
  • Troubleshoot restricted-content issues and ensure event-related content complies with Florida Bar advertising rules.
