About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. The technician will also document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems. Additionally, they will support and maintain user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups, and troubleshoot, repair, and maintain virtual desktop and related network and server environments.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years PC/hardware experience. New grads accepted!

  • Associate's degree or BA or equivalent college course credit
