About The Position
This role involves maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. The position also includes documenting, maintaining, upgrading, or replacing hardware and software systems. Additionally, it involves supporting and maintaining user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups, as well as troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining virtual desktop and related network and server environments. Requirements
- 0-2 years PC/Hardware experience.
- New grads accepted.
Responsibilities
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
- Troubleshoots, repairs and maintains virtual desktop and related network and server environments.
