Network Tech Lead
About The Position
Fluidstack is seeking a Network Tech Lead to own technical direction across the network, including architecture decisions, standards, and complex cross-domain problems. This role involves setting the technical bar through design reviews and automation standards, and taking ownership of escalations that span multiple network domains. The ideal candidate will mentor senior engineers into architects and contribute to building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI. Fluidstack is focused on delivering large-scale compute infrastructure for AI, emphasizing speed and scale as key differentiators. Requirements
- You've been the senior technical authority for very large network estates.
- You've made architecture decisions at fabric-generation scale and lived with the consequences.
- You review designs at a level that makes strong engineers better.
- You debug the problems that cross every boundary.

Responsibilities
- Own technical direction across the network: architecture decisions, standards, and the hardest cross-domain problems.
- Set the technical bar: design reviews, automation standards, and the source-of-truth model everything generates from.
- Take the escalations that span domains: fabric, backbone, and facility networks interacting badly.
- Mentor senior engineers into architects.
