About The Position

Aperio Global is seeking an experienced Network System Administrator with an active and current TS/SCI with POLY to support a mission-critical network enclave supporting national security operations. You'll join a highly technical team responsible for maintaining secure infrastructure, ensuring system availability, and protecting mission systems across physical and virtual environments.

Requirements

• Experience supporting secure client/server network environments
• Strong Linux, Windows, and Red Hat administration experience
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
• Network infrastructure administration
• Vulnerability management
• Firewall configuration
• Data management and secure data transfer
• Knowledge of STE/STN requirements
• System hardening and compliance
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience (or equivalent experience)
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Fort Meade, MD

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge and/or experience with customer's analytic tools
• Experience with Ansible, Quay, GitLab, VMWare
• Knowledge of LatteArt/Biscotti

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain secure enclave network infrastructure
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot network devices and servers
• Create and manage user accounts and permissions
• Maintain Linux, Windows, and Red Hat environments
• Perform system patching, backups, and security compliance activities
• Configure firewalls and resolve network connectivity issues
• Conduct vulnerability scanning and remediation
• Support data management and secure data transfer operations
• Maintain mission readiness through proactive monitoring and system maintenance
