About The Position

Kyndryl is seeking a Network Support Specialist to join our team and support the delivery of reliable, secure, and high-performing network services. In this role, you will operate within a complex, multi-vendor environment as a technical expert responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network infrastructure. You will also leverage your understanding of network architecture to support design considerations, optimise configurations, and ensure scalable and secure network solutions.

Requirements

5+ years of proven experience in network support within a complex, multi-vendor environment
Hands-on experience with network architecture concepts (e.g., LAN/WAN design, routing and switching, segmentation, redundancy models)
Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
Knowledge of network protocols, infrastructure, and security best practices
Experience with change management processes and tools
Ability to perform under pressure and manage high-priority incidents
Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively

Nice To Haves

Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP or equivalent)
Experience with network design or architecture support in enterprise environments
Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools
Exposure to enterprise security frameworks and compliance standards

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software components
Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues and outages
Troubleshoot incidents and implement corrective actions, including emergency changes
Execute routine and scheduled network changes in line with change management processes
Participate in change reviews and contribute to continuous service improvement
Support and maintain network architecture design standards and configurations
Implement and enforce network security policies and best practices
Provide technical support for network-related issues to internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, architects, and service engineers
Document configurations, architecture diagrams, processes, and incident resolutions
