About The Position

For nearly 50 years, we've proudly served businesses throughout the U.S., delivering premium coffee experiences right to their break rooms. We’re on the hunt for a proactive Network Support Administrator to keep our infrastructure running smoothly. You’ll be managing and resolving tickets for our Meraki networks, Microsoft 365 & Azure environments, Telephony, endpoint management, and mobility. A large portion of this position will be the ability to manage end user tickets, solve problems, close tickets in an accurate and efficient manner to support our infrastructure technology. Requirements

  • 5-7 years of hands-on network administration experience.
  • Solid experience with Meraki, Office 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Intune.
  • Working knowledge of call routes, call menu systems, and VOIP technology
  • Proficient with ticketing systems, MDM and RMM tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication.
  • This position will require the selected candidate to pass a technical test before hiring.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications like CCNA, MCSA, or Microsoft/Azure certifications.
  • Experience with cloud security and advanced endpoint management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and troubleshoot Meraki networks and related infrastructure.
  • Administer Office 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Intune environments.
  • Handle IT requests efficiently via ticketing and RMM platforms.
  • Maintain compliance and best practices following security standards.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement upgrades and new solutions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
