We’re on the hunt for a proactive Network Support Administrator to keep our infrastructure running smoothly. You’ll be managing and resolving tickets for our Meraki networks, Microsoft 365 & Azure environments, Telephony, endpoint management, and mobility. A large portion of this position will be the ability to manage end user tickets, solve problems, close tickets in an accurate and efficient manner to support our infrastructure technology.
