About The Position

The Network Senior Human Resources Generalist serves as a key member of the HR team, providing advanced support across Onboarding, HR information systems (HRIS), Employee Relations, data management, and administrative workflow coordination. This position ensures a seamless employee experience, maintains high standards of data integrity, and supports efficient HR operations across the organization. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Type: Full Time Hours of Work: 40 Work Week Schedule: Monday - Friday / Hybrid work model Hours of Work: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Hours and schedules may vary depending on Company need and workload. Employees will be given as much advance notice as possible when such changes occur.

  • Minimum of 1 year managing the hiring process

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the full onboarding process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required documentation.
  • Serve as a primary onboarding contact for new hires, partnering with hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Maintain onboarding workflows, checklists, and communication templates to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Perform day-to-day HRIS administration, including data entry, updates, audits, and workflow oversight.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee information across systems.
  • Generate HR reports and dashboards to support compliance, analytics, and leadership decision-making.
  • Assist with HRIS enhancements, testing, and troubleshooting in collaboration with HR leadership and IT.
  • Assist with the coordination, tracking, and administration of performance evaluations across the network.
  • Manage performance discussion forms, ensuring documentation is complete, timely, and aligned with organizational policies.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding evaluation processes, timelines, expectations, and documentation standards.
  • Support HR leadership in addressing routine employee relations matters by gathering information, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate case records.
  • Monitor and triage HR tickets or requests, assigning items to appropriate HR team members and tracking completion.
  • Provide administrative support for HR operations, including documentation management, correspondence, and process coordination.
  • Support compliance and internal audit needs by ensuring documentation is current, complete, and appropriately filed.
  • Serve as a resource to employees and managers on HR processes, policies, and system navigation.
  • Assist with special projects, policy updates, and cross-department initiatives.
  • Uphold and model organizational values while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee and HR-related information.
