About The Position

This role is responsible for leading warehouse network layout planning and continuous optimization initiatives. The expert will design and optimize routing waves and operational flow strategies, develop and improve zone optimization strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce costs, and build and maintain network cost models to support operational and strategic decision-making. The position requires collaboration with algorithm, operations, and technology teams to improve routing and planning systems, coordination of cross-functional network operations during peak seasons and high-volume periods, and driving transit time and service level optimization across the logistics network. The role also involves analyzing operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and cost reduction, and supporting expansion planning, capacity planning, and network scalability initiatives. The Network Planning Expert will monitor network performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in logistics network planning, transportation planning, or supply chain optimization
Strong understanding of route planning, warehouse operations, and logistics network structures
Experience with cost modeling, operational analytics, and performance optimization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets
Excellent cross-functional communication and project management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly growing logistics environment
Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English
