Requirements

Ten (10) years of experience with progressively more responsibility in support of networks and connections
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or similar field
IT Network Management
Network Administration
Network Infrastructures
Network Management

Responsibilities

Manage all facets of the customer's network and connections
Responsible for ensuring the network remains stable, secure, and meets the required performance standards
Report on network metrics, SLAs, and KPIs and ensure System Health Dashboard provides real-time statistics
Responsible for developing and maintaining all internal and external connections
Responsible for providing guidance on all CPMS artifacts related to the network
Provide suggested improvement to network performance, stability, security
Coordinates with ISSO on security matters
