Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Computer Networking, Telecommunications, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Network Implementation Engineering-related occupation.
2 years of experience in Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) or Coherent Optical system design and troubleshooting.
2 years of experience in TCP/IP routing and switching or IP networking system design for network installation and troubleshooting.
2 years of experience in Wide Area Network (WAN) or MPLS protocol operations for deployment and troubleshooting.
2 years of experience in Local Area Network (LAN) deployment and troubleshooting.
2 years of experience in Coordination with field operation technicians, contractors, and vendors in a telecommunications environment.

Responsibilities

Execute the deployment, maintenance, and scalable operation of private data networks worldwide.
Monitor network performance to anticipate needs, triage issues, and orchestrate repairs with appropriate teams.
Utilize established design standards to plan for capacity migrations and infrastructure additions.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate network documentation, including diagrams, designs, and operational plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cost-effective solutions and adopt new technologies. Direct temporary vendor resources and complete tactical operational tasks as assigned by team leadership.
