About The Position

As the leader of the Network Engineering team at TI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our enterprise and data center network strategy. In this position, you will lead a team of senior engineers responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the architecture and roadmap for TI's global network infrastructure. You will partner with infrastructure, security, cloud, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient network solutions that support TI's continued growth and digital transformation. We are seeking a dynamic leader with deep technical expertise in enterprise and data center networking, proven strategic thinking to align technology investments with business objectives, strong leadership skills to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams, experience driving modernization initiatives through automation, cloud adoption, and operational excellence, and a passion for innovation, customer service, and continuous improvement. This is a highly visible role that requires both hands-on technical knowledge and the ability to influence and execute long-term infrastructure transformation initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of senior network engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Develop and execute the enterprise and data center network strategy aligned with organizational goals and technology transformation initiatives.
Architect and oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of network infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, resiliency, and high availability.
Drive modernization efforts, including network automation, cloud connectivity, infrastructure simplification, and next-generation networking technologies.
Partner cross-functionally with infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, manufacturing, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
Establish engineering standards and best practices for network architecture, lifecycle management, and operational excellence.
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging technologies to support TI's strategic objectives.
Ensure compliance with corporate security standards, regulatory requirements, and network governance policies.
Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to improve network performance, reliability, efficiency, and automation.
Develop talent through hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
