Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
- 1 year of IT experience including hands-on knowledge of the installation, implementation, and maintenance of network equipment Required
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field Preferred
- Previous experience in a hospital setting Preferred
- Cisco Certified Network Analyst Preferred
Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting with supporting the stable operation of the Piedmont Healthcare computer network in the facility to which they are assigned.
- Install, maintain, and document all network hardware, software, and communication links while ensuring minimal network downtime.
- The primary focus for the Network Analyst will be Local Area Networks (LAN) in the facility they are assigned.
- Assist in the diagnosis, resolution and documentation of hardware and software network problems in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Provide end user training and support where required.
- Trouble ticket resolution and documentation in a timely manner.
