About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our network engineering team. In this role, you'll be designing, implementing, and maintaining a varied network spanning the globe. This position will ensure secure, reliable, and optimized network connectivity across our distributed environment.
Requirements
- Experience with WAN optimization, application performance monitoring, and network security
- Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, BGP, EBGP, EVPN, OSPF, MPLS, VPNs, QoS, and firewall policies
- Knowledge of cloud networking, hybrid cloud architectures, and integration with public cloud providers
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and provide root cause analysis
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- HS diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SD-WAN platforms in enterprise or large-scale environments
- Experience with automation tools and scripting for network configuration, such as Python and Ansible
- Experience with network monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus or Grafana, and ELK
- Knowledge of EVPN, EBGP, and other Control or Data plane protocols
- Knowledge of ITIL and change management processes
