About The Position

In the assigned Job Role of Infrastructure Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion. Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews. Support technical teams in managing production support operations, focusing on incident resolution, deployment efficiency, and smooth change implementation. Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations. Your contribution to the team: Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery. An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication. Focused governance over project scope and identification of additional project opportunities. Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Experienced in troubleshooting in BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SD-WAN, port-channels, VLANs, and SD-WAN technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus at an advanced operational and troubleshooting level.
  • Hands-on Experience with Wireless (Preferably Meraki)
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Nice To Haves

  • F5 BIG-IP expertise: LTM, GTM/DNS, iRules, SSL, HA management, upgrades, and performance analysis is a plus
  • ServiceNow usage: incident, change, problem, CMDB, PIR documentation, and SLO reporting is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience leading Major Incident command and producing formal RCA documentation is not
  • Python scripting proficiency: REST API integrations, automation scripts, data parsing, Splunk HEC, ServiceNow API — production-quality code, not ad-hoc scripts.
