INFO TECH NETWORK ENGINEER - CB & VR - FULL-TIME - VARIED SHIFT
About The Position
Maintain Data Center and Network Operations for all Mesquite Gaming properties. This role involves maintaining, updating, patching, and repairing server hardware, as well as maintaining, troubleshooting, replacing, and repairing Fiber Optic and Low Voltage Cabling Infrastructure across the company WAN. The position also ensures the backup and recoverability of Network Server Operating Systems, Domain Services, DNS, vendor-based applications, and Network Switch operations. Additionally, the role includes maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing computers, and recommending, installing, and implementing new efficiencies in Network & Security. The role also requires proactively identifying problems and developing resolutions for Network, Security, and Computer Systems, developing recommended next steps to achieve greater efficiencies, and fostering positive interactions and trust with internal customers.
Requirements
- Quantitative experience or IT industry certification.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Network Administration.
- Minimum 2 years experience with Wide Area Networks.
- Experience with Network layout and logic a must.
- Must be proficient with Active Directory, Network Design & Theory.
- Strong computer troubleshooting skills.
- State of Nevada Gaming Permit.
- Valid Driver’s License and D.M.V. Driving History Printout (no more than 30 days old).
- Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
Responsibilities
