Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
  • Network Engineering focused experience
  • Demonstrated experience in managing beacon and communications servers, applications, and equipment, ensuring maximum reliability of tracking solutions for training course attendees
  • Demonstrated experience in creating, changing, adding, removing, and maintaining user accounts, via script and coding, of the beacon and communication servers, applications and equipment
  • Demonstrated experience in configuring, setting up, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting LAN equipment such as, but not limited to, firewalls, switches, and routers
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining maximum system uptime and stability
  • Demonstrated experience in bringing programmatic discipline to the management of complex systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in administering communications solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in administering beaconing solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing cloud infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated experience in integrating systems and managing technical programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in system assessment and Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling sensitive data, exercising discretion and sound judgment, and achieving mission outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in customizing, deploying and maintaining Android cellular telephones.
  • Demonstrated experience in using beaconing and tracking hardware, software, scripts, and code.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing cell phones, laptops, and tablet devices, all of which require configuration and maintenance while maximizing uptime and communications reliability.
  • Demonstrated experience in configuring, setting up, monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting and running firewalls, switches, routers, or other WAN and LAN systems or equipment.
  • Demonstrated experience in using encryption hardware and software and virtual private network (VPN) applications.
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and vetting new technical requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying requirements and constraints pertaining to technical capabilities and solutions in support of training and educational exercises.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing technical leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience in utilizing and executing regulatory and data retention policies and modifying such policies with input and direction from key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-skilling and backfilling for teammates.
  • Demonstrated experience in utilizing Microsoft cloud-based tools including Office 365, Azure, Entra, Intune, and Teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in using communication tools including push-to-talk technology.
  • Demonstrated experience in using map imagery applications.

Responsibilities

  • Managing beacon and communications servers, applications, and equipment, ensuring maximum reliability of tracking solutions for training course attendees
